Whakatauki are like proverbs and are said to help us make sense of the world around us. Te reo is taught across the curriculum and is used daily to give instructions and a range of topics including; counting, colours, animals, food, the weather, my pepeha etc..
Waiata is a part of the daily programme at Solway. We have some school favourites you can click on the links to listen and sing along to.
